Jude's 1st Week

Jude is 12 days old now, and we've been a bit busy, so blogging got put on the back burner for a while. Anyway, today we're just gonna give you first off a family pic from the day he was born, and then below that just one pic from each day of the first week of his life. We'll post more fun stuff later. Announcing...

...the birth of Jude Benson Smith. This little guy came along this morning at 7:54am July 6, 2010 Chiang Mai local time. He weighs 8 lbs 6 oz / 3.79 kg and is 21 in / 53 cm long. Mom & Baby are both doing well.

Anita did awesome and was blessed to be able to have him naturally. Jude is just a name from the Bible we liked, and it's similar to Jeremy's mom's name Judy, only it's a male version of it. Benson is Jeremy's maternal grandfather's middle name.
